I love you my child

Today is my 40th birthday. The best gift I received this morning, is the awareness that somewhere you are alive and breathing and learning. 

Please be kind to your mother and to your family and friends and to any other caretakers in your life. And please find a way to do something nice for another person today, even if that person is being mean to you.
